First time here?
- New player — choose Yes on the welcome screen, pick your Travian server, then Create Account.
- Returning player — choose No, pick your server, then Login.
- At sign-up the nickname field searches the whole server so you can find your exact name.
- After login you join or create a tracker group on that server (e.g. VRIT). Troop data is per group.
- Server Player Search on Home finds anyone on the world; troop trackers show your group roster only.
Groups & invites
- Owner or admin — Admin Panel → Invite tab → Copy Link (browser) or Copy Code (desktop app).
- Join another group — Home → Join via Link, paste the code, then ← Back to Home if you were just browsing.
- You can belong to up to 5 groups per server; switch active group on Home.
Server list
- On first load you may see only a few saved worlds.
- Click ↻ Refresh server list to fetch the full Travian list (can take up to a minute).
- Switch servers anytime in Settings ⚙ — each server has its own groups and roster.
Alliance flag and name appear after map sync matches your Travian alliance tag for the active group.
Home screen
- My Own Tracker — your row in the active group. Edit troops and mark yourself active during events.
- Player's Tracker (owner or admin with permission) — full group roster. Expand any name to edit their troops.
- Server Player Search — any member can find any player on the world (villages, population, alliance).
- Admin Panel (owner or admin) — four tabs: roster, events, members, invite.
- Join via Link / + New Group — add another tracker group (up to 5). Use ← Back to Home to return without signing out.
Table columns
- Points / Villages / Population — from Travian map data (updated by sync). Read-only.
- Troops — you enter and update; saves automatically after a short pause.
- Click a player name to expand and see troops per village.
- TS — Tournament Square level. Smithy — unit upgrade levels.
Active On Plan — event attendance
Tracks who is actively playing during an alliance event. Lights appear in the Active On Plan column.
- Gray — event mode is off (admin has not started an event).
- Red — event is running; you are not marked active yet.
- Green — event is running; you marked yourself active (toggle in My Own Tracker).
How it works
- Owner or admin (with Events permission) opens Admin Panel → Events & Status → Enable Event Mode when the event starts.
- Each player opens My Own Tracker and clicks their light to turn it green when ready.
- Admins see everyone's red/green status in Player's Tracker.
- Event mode turns off automatically after 24 hours, or the group admin clicks Reset All & Disable.
Scrolling status bar
Owner or admins with Events permission can set a short message that scrolls at the top of the app for all signed-in players in that group.
Owner, admin & player
- Owner — created the group (or was assigned owner on migration). Full control: all admin powers, promote/demote admins, set per-admin permissions, and Delete Group. Shown with an Owner badge in the tracker header.
- Admin — promoted by the owner in Group Members. Can use Admin Panel and Player's Tracker only for permissions the owner enabled (sync, events, invite, roster, edit troops).
- Player — joined via invite. My Own Tracker and Server Player Search only — no Admin Panel.
Admins cannot remove or demote another admin or the owner — only players. The owner cannot be removed except by deleting the group.
Admin Panel — four tabs
- Players Management — Travian roster. + Add Player opens a modal (name only — no email; they link at sign-up). Remove roster rows if you have roster permission.
- Events & Status — scrolling status bar and Active on Plan (enable / reset event mode).
- Group Members — registered accounts, roles, and linked Travian names. Owner changes Player ↔ Admin, opens Permissions for each admin, and sees Delete Group.
- Invite — copy link (web) or code (desktop), optional join password (not recommended), New Link to rotate the invite.
Promote an admin
Owner → Admin Panel → Group Members → set role to Admin → click Permissions → choose checkboxes → Save.
Sync Villages
Downloads public map data from Travian (map.sql) for your group's alliance tag and updates roster villages and population. Runs once per day per group; owner or admins with Sync permission can run it manually from the tracker header.
Export to Word
Downloads a troop report for the current tracker view.
Settings ⚙
- Theme — Default parchment, Dark, or By nation (uses your tribe background).
- Travian server — switch world and reload (separate roster per server).
Data & privacy
- Troop counts are shared live with the alliance — only edit your own row unless you are the owner or an admin with edit permission.
- Your last chosen server is remembered on this device and in your account.
